MN Library Association

The Minnesota Library Association 2012 Annual Conference will be held on October 3-5, 2012 at the St. Paul RiverCentre in St. Paul, Minnesota. This premier educational event attracts more than 400 library professionals, Friends of the Library, and library trustees from across Minnesota. There are four great ways for organization’s to participate:

1. Exhibit booth ($675) – Our exhibit hall will be open for two days during the conference. We schedule conflict-free time for our exhibitors and set up activities to entice attendees to spend quality time in the exhibit area. We also provide both pre- and post-event mailing lists so you can contact attendees before and after the conference.
2. Sponsorship ($500–$3,000) – Our sponsor packages are a great way to put your name in front of hundreds of library professionals through our website, marketing campaign (reaching more than 800 library professionals, trustees, and friends throughout Minnesota), and on-site conference materials.
3. Advertisement ($75–$225) – Our conference booklet is distributed to more than 400 conference attendees. Your ad should be in it!
4. Fundraiser donation – Your donations of items for the annual Minnesota Library Foundation silent auction will help raise much-needed funds to help the Foundation in its mission to benefit the community by raising and distributing funds to enhance services and increase public awareness of Minnesota libraries.

Details and participation forms will become available in late March 2012. In the meantime, we hope that you will reserve some dollars in your 2012 budget to participate in the MLA 2012 Annual Conference as an exhibitor, sponsor, advertiser, and/or donor.
