1. MLA Conference Program Evaluation – Karen Fisher and all. In general the conference evaluations were positive. Some suggestions that were gleaned from the evaluations: inexperienced speakers should follow more experienced ones; hand-outs with space for note taking are useful; visuals, especially for programs describing physical spaces, are a must; a variety of levels within a topic should be offered. Karen will send an official thank you to the speakers and include comments from the evaluations.
2. Instruction Dialogues – Jane Ann. We have had several volunteers to host an Instruction Dialogues: MSU Mankato (Joan Roca); St. Cloud State (Renee Rude); UM Duluth (Liz Johnson); Minneapolis Technical College (Tom Eland was volunteered); and UM Twin Cities (Julie Kelly).
