Killer Cocktails
What do you get when you combine Minnesota mystery writers, a haunted hotel, and signature drinks? Killer Cocktails! Don’t miss this joint Reader’s Advisory Round Table/Twin Cities Crime Writers Co-op event at the historic Fitger’s Inn.
Legacy Program Showcase
Last year’s popular Showcase is back! This year’s event at the Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites highlights a new lineup of performing artists for public libraries. The artists will showcase a variety of unique artistic talents including music, storytelling, and specialties such as circus arts, ventriloquism, improv comedy, creative writing, and more.
Silent Auction
This annual fundraiser, managed by the Minnesota Library Foundation, raises much-needed funds to support the mission of the Foundation: to distribute funds to enhance services and increase public awareness of Minnesota libraries. Learn how you can participate.
Book Sales
Duluth independent bookseller The Bookstore at Fitger’s will be the official 2011 Annual Conference bookseller. Look for The Bookstore at the Killer Cocktails event and at scheduled author signings for Anita Silvey, Jenna Blum, and William Kent Krueger.
